We recommend using only airport taxi services. The fare for one-way trip from the airport to the hotel is around IDR 160,000. The journey lasts about 30 minutes.

Yes. Onsite registration is available during the symposium and workshop days. Onsite registration will be charged the appropriate standard rate plus manual processing fee.
Yes. A detailed invoice will be sent to you by email once your application is received. Please complete your payment based on the invoice letter. You will receive confirmation letter by email as soon as payment is received.
Pre-symposium workshops, symposium, and workshops are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered persons (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) will not be permitted in any of the event areas. E-ticket provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Yes. Additional tickets may be purchased for additional persons to attend social programs (day events or night events). Please indicate this during the registration process.

No. You can not book your room via our website without registering for the symposium or workshop.
No. You can only book 1 (one) room per account. If you need more rooms, please contact the hotel directly.
